There is one basic key to genuine self-confidence: its knowing that whatever happens to you, you can handle it with relative ease.

Try to imagine the freedom and assurance you’ll feel if you met every moment in your life with that kind of inner confidence.

Think how alive you would feel and the many things you will be able to accomplish if you were able to enter each day knowing that no matter who you met, or what happened to you, you would always have the inner strength and wisdom to handle it perfectly.
