		<description>This is very well written and definitely true. As a 60 year old, I agree completely that we must stay in the present to maintain any amount of happiness.

I have heard it said that expectations are future resentments. Because normally what we expect does not come true.

Another thought is that if you are expecting something bad to happen put it in you "God box". Write the dreaded event down on a piece of paper, put it in a box, "turn it over to God", and forget the event. In a few months, or even a year, open up the box and read what you have turned over. I have found that most of the terrible things that were about to happen, I cannot even remember because they did not come to pass.
